Exporting data
As administrator or superuser you can export all reservations, flights, addresses and contact information and the maintenance log from AeroPlus to Microsoft Excel.
Exporting reservations
Using the "X" button you can export reservations to Excel including the deleted reservations and the reason why they were deleted. The Excel file can be used to make an analysis of the reservations made. In some cases, such as when exporting the flightlog, you can select a timeperiod and even filter on a specific aircraft before exporting the results to Microsoft Excel. You can export invoices, contact lists, reservations, flights and flightlogs, aircraft details and maintenance logs reports to Excel at any time. A pilot (thus not a superuser or administrator) cannot export all this information, but can export his own flightlog to Excel or to e.g. a LogTen Pro or Logbook Pro format.
